Upcoming Seed Sowing Workshop

Our next workshop is Seed Sowing which we will be hosting on Thursday 9th March at 1:00PM at Brookvale Communuity Centre at the cost of £5 per person.

This price includes learning how to sow different types of seeds in trays, pots or directly into the ground. Refreshments will be provided and you will be able to take a tray of sown seeds of your choice home with you.

The Greenfingers Gardening Group is a community garden group, who meet every Thursday from 10:30am to 1:00pm at Brookvale Community Centre on Northwich Road, Runcorn.

It is open to everyone in the Community to attend. Even if you have no gardening knowledge we encourage you to come along and learn.

Two superb allotments

We have an allotment at the rear of the Community Centre and an additional allotment behind the children’s centre.

Although we only meet once a week, you can come along at any time the Centre is open to work on the allotment.

There’s a pleasant seating area outside next to the allotment and with the Honey Pot Coffee House on site it makes the perfect place to have a drink, a bite to eat and meet new friends.

Gardening Workshops

We hold regular workshops such as seed planting, wreath making, hanging baskets and planting succulents to name a few.
